Attorneys Rishi Nair and Kevin Keener closed out Magenav Inc. v. Does 1-869, 21-cv-1123. The attorneys obtained a judgment from the Court against the remaining 322 defendants in the case. The Court issued an order permanently enjoining the defendants from using the client’s Hygiene Hand trademark, including permanently disabling any internet stores used to sell counterfeit Hygiene Hand products. Additionally, the court ordered an entry of statutory damages against each of the defendants in the amount of $100,000. Great job to the entire team for a well run case.
